Now a tradition at TOPS Knives, an employee design contest takes place each year. TOPS asks its employees to design a knife for specific use with some required specs. And that is how the Dicers were born. While most steak knives are traditionally serrated up near the tip to help begin the cut on meat by tearing, the Dicer 4 comes with a plain edge as standard. Serrations are of course, still an option, but the default does not have them.

Features: CPM-S35VN plain edge blade with tumble finish and a drop point style. Black and blue sculpted G-10 handle with a suitable grip. Kydex sheath protects the blade from dings and dulling.
