The Lion Steel Emmet [EM01 GY], designed by Molletta and made in Italy, brings the brand’s SOLID construction to a compact everyday carry folder. At 6.73 inches overall with a 2.83-inch blade, it offers a pocket-friendly format for routine cutting tasks. This version pairs a gray titanium handle with carbon fiber inlays with a CPM MagnaCut drop-point blade.

SOLID Handle Construction

The handle frame is milled from a single block of titanium, forming an integral structure rather than separate handle scales. Carbon fiber inlays contrast with the gray titanium frame. A reversible steel pocket clip accommodates right- or left-hand carry.

MagnaCut Blade and Frame Lock

CPM MagnaCut combines toughness and corrosion resistance with cutting performance. The V-flat grind and drop-point profile provide a practical cutting edge and controlled tip. The stonewashed finish gives the blade a muted, textured appearance. A frame lock reinforced with a hardened steel insert secures the blade when open, while ceramic ball bearings support smooth blade movement.

Removable Flipper

The Emmet opens manually with its REF removable flipper tab. For a cleaner profile, the tab can be removed using a T6 Torx tool and replaced with the dedicated screw included in the box. This lets you configure the knife’s profile without changing its compact SOLID frame.
