TOPS Dicer Chef and Paring Kitchen Knife Combo S35VN Blue Black G10 [DCR-83]

The TOPS Dicer 8-3 combo contains a chef’s knife and a paring knife from the Dicer kitchen line. Both use tumbled CPM S35VN stainless blades and layered blue-and-black handles.

Two Complementary Sizes

The chef’s knife provides the larger cutting format for slicing and preparation, while the paring knife offers a smaller blade for detail work. The Dicer line uses contoured handles shaped for a comfortable grip, including pinch-grip positions on the chef’s knife.

Construction and Contents

Full-tang construction supports both knives. This is the DCR-83 two-knife set, supplied with a black Kydex carry or blade-protection accessory; it is distinct from purchasing either individual Dicer knife.
