The Zero Tolerance 0545BLK is the black-blade configuration of the slim 0545 folder. It combines a CPM MagnaCut blade with a carbon fiber front scale and titanium frame-lock side.
Cutting Geometry
The 0545 platform uses a 3.2-inch blade with a full-width flat grind and a slim 0.09-inch blade thickness. This configuration’s dark blade finish separates it from the standard stonewashed 0545. MagnaCut is the steel specified for this version.
Opening and Carry
A flipper opens the blade manually through KVT ball bearings and washers. The titanium frame lock has a hardened steel lockbar insert, and the handle’s finger pocket helps keep grip pressure away from the lockbar during opening. The reversible extra-deep-carry clip supports either carry side; the carbon fiber front and slim overall profile keep the folder light in a pocket.
