The blue titanium Tenacious R.I.L. combines a satin, full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV stainless blade with solid titanium handle scales. Precision-machined recesses inside the scales reduce weight, while the blue anodized finish distinguishes this version from the gray titanium model.

A Reeve Integral Lock is formed by the handle scale and uses a stainless steel interface. The Round Hole provides manual opening, and the four-position clip allows either side and either tip orientation. This plain-edge C122TIBLP uses 8Cr13MoV rather than the D2 blade of the Disarray version.
