Standard Shipping Policy for BeProTools Online Store
1. Processing Time
• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Free Economy shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $69 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates depend on product weight, shipping profile and delivery address. Available services and final rates are shown at checkout.
• Economy delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery, where offered, is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. These transit estimates are additional to the processing time above and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Locations
• We ship to eligible U.S. destinations. Availability varies by product and shipping profile; some states and territories are excluded for certain products. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order.
• We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order using the link provided.
5. Delivery Issues
• If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team at mail@beprotools.com.
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 48 hours before contacting us, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
• For added security, you can select a shipping option with insurance coverage at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
