The blue G-10 Grasshopper is the larger member of Spyderco’s micro-sized slipjoint family. Its satin, plain-edge Sandvik 12C27 stainless blade is full-flat ground, giving it a longer useful cutting surface than the smaller Bug and Honeybee.
The textured scales add grip to the lightweight handle. A Round Hole provides manual, fingernail-free opening, while a spring supports the blade without locking it. The handle attachment hole permits lanyard or key-ring carry. This G-10 model measures 5.13 inches overall; it is distinct from the heavier all-steel Grasshopper.
