The Thin Blue Line Rescue 3 adds blue liner accents beneath black FRN scales to recognize law-enforcement service. Its satin VG-10 stainless blade uses a sheepsfoot profile and full serrations, focusing the design on cutting fabric, webbing and other fibrous material.

The blunt blade outline avoids the projecting point of a conventional utility folder. Bi-Directional Texturing supports the grip, while skeletonized stainless liners reinforce the handle. A Round Hole provides manual opening and a back lock secures the blade. This is the Thin Blue Line version of the Rescue 3.
