This Chaparral pairs a thin, satin, full-flat-ground CTS XHP stainless blade with birdseye maple scales. Its plain edge and slim proportions emphasize slicing in a compact carry format. The natural maple grain varies between individual scales.
The forward finger choil and spine jimping provide a defined working grip. A Round Hole offers manual opening, with a non-locking SLIPIT mechanism supporting the blade. A reversible wire clip supports deep tip-up carry from either side. This version does not lock the blade open, unlike the standard back-lock Chaparral.
