Eric Glesser’s ButtonUp pairs a satin, full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV blade with smooth carbon fiber/G-10 laminate scales. Its plain edge and modified clip-point profile are paired with manual Round Hole opening and a ball-bearing pivot.

A button lock secures the blade and releases from the handle face; the opening mechanism is manual. Nested steel microliners reinforce the pivot, lock and clip mounting areas. A reversible hourglass clip supports tip-up carry from either side, with a lined lanyard tube supplying another attachment point.
