The 306CBN combines a flat 3-by-8-inch bench-stone format with two grades of cubic boron nitride abrasive. The carbon-steel body carries coarse 400-mesh CBN on one face and finer 800-mesh CBN on the other, allowing edge restoration and refinement with one stone.
The broad working area also accommodates chisels, plane irons and similar tools. Use light pressure against the abrasive coating. A suede protective pouch is included for storage and transport.
