The Shepherd XL enlarges Dawson’s field-knife pattern for tasks where additional blade length is useful. It is the larger member of the Shepherd family, rather than a different finish of the compact model.
Blade and Materials
The 5.50" blade is made from CPM MagnaCut stainless. The blade has a Monsoon finish.
Grip and Carry
The grip uses Black and white sculpted G10. The full tang extends beyond the grip. Black Kydex belt sheath. A lanyard opening allows an additional cord attachment.
