The Commercial Series Scalper pairs a 6.5-inch German 4116 stainless steel blade with a satin finish and a plain cutting edge. Its broad utility profile suits food processing and general cutting work.
The black handle uses a Zy-Ex core with a textured Kray-Ex exterior and includes a lanyard opening. The knife measures 11.75 inches overall, and a Secure-Ex belt sheath is included. The full-size grip and broad blade distinguish the Scalper from the smaller knives in the Commercial Series.
