Cold Steel San Mai Outdoorsman Fixed Blade Knife [CS-35AP]

The Outdoorsman combines a broad, satin-finished San Mai blade with a textured black handle. Its six-inch blade has a plain cutting edge and a pronounced belly for slicing. A separate chopping section on the spine is a distinctive feature of this design, giving it a different layout from a conventional single-edge hunting knife.

The handle is shaped to support an extended grip, while the guard provides separation between the fingers and cutting edge. The knife comes with a Secure-Ex sheath for carrying and storage. This is the laminated stainless Outdoorsman configuration; its construction and handle should be distinguished from the Outdoorsman Lite, which uses different materials. Jimping on the blade spine provides an additional contact surface for the thumb.
