The Mini Flight Sport is a ten-inch throwing knife made from a single piece of 1055 carbon steel. The black steel body combines blade and handle without separate scales, with a spear-shaped point and sharpened tip section.

Its approximately 3.5 mm thickness places it in Cold Steel's lighter Sport throwing range. The compact length distinguishes it from the twelve-inch Sure Flight Sport and fourteen-inch Pro Flight Sport. A sheath is not included.
