Fox Billao Fixed Knife Horn [FOX654CR]

A modern interpretation of the historical Billao

Fox’s Billao is a modern interpretation of the historical knife associated with the Polizia dell’Africa Italiana, the colonial police organization established in 1936. The maker preserves the recognizable leaf-shaped blade, separate guard and three-pointed pommel as references to that earlier pattern.

Buffalo horn scales and a leather sheath continue the traditional appearance, while the contemporary blade material and construction distinguish this knife from an original historical artifact. It is a modern reproduction of the design idea, with its own specifications rather than an issued period piece.
