The Radius system revisited at Blade Show 2023

Fox presented the Metamorphosis at Blade Show in Atlanta in 2023. The design places its central mechanism at the heart of the knife’s appearance, continuing the Radius idea while adding a flipper to the opening arrangement.

The circular pivot assembly, pronounced handle profile and contrasting material combinations are deliberate parts of the design.

This edition

This Metamorphosis Radius Lock Black Folding Knife configuration has a 3.13" blade made from Bohler M390 stainless. Its black PVD coated finish is paired with black canvas micarta handle construction. Closed length is 4.75" (12.07cm).

Construction and carry

The mechanism is Radius Lock. A pocket clip provides the carrying attachment. The handle also has a lanyard opening.
