The compact 599 folding-karambit format

The 599 is Fox’s compact folding-karambit format, with a curved working blade and an integral ring at the rear of the handle. It sits alongside the larger 478 and 479 patterns, giving the family a shorter, more compact set of proportions.

Fox has produced the 599 with different scale materials, decorative treatments and blade finishes. Those editions share the recognizable outline, but their materials and details should not be combined into one specification.

This edition

This Karambit Liner Lock Skull Folding Knife configuration has a 2.50" blade made from Bohler N690 stainless. The grip uses black aluminum. Closed length is 4.75" (12.07cm).

Construction and carry

The mechanism is Linerlock. A pocket clip provides the carrying attachment.
