Jesper Voxnaes’s work-and-outdoors folder

Jesper Voxnaes designed the Core to be substantial in use without becoming unnecessarily heavy for its size. Fox’s account places ordinary work and outdoor tasks at the center of the design, with a broad cutting blade and a grip shaped around the hand.

The flipper and ball-bearing pivot are paired with an opening hole, giving the blade more than one opening purchase. The sculpted scales and relatively compact folded shape are part of that same practical brief.

This Core Liner Lock Folding Knife configuration has a 3.13" blade made from Bohler N690 stainless. The grip uses black FRN. Closed length is 4.5" .

Construction and carry

The mechanism is Linerlock. A pocket clip provides the carrying attachment. The handle also has a lanyard opening.
