Andrea Todesco’s Native bushcraft knife

The Native is an Andrea Todesco design in Fox’s bushcraft range. A long fixed blade and a shaped Micarta handle give it the proportions of a dedicated outdoor tool rather than a small everyday-carry knife.

Fox emphasizes the practical grip and the provision for a cord attachment as part of the design. This version uses D2 tool steel, so the material should be treated as its own configuration rather than being replaced with the stainless specifications of unrelated Fox models.

This edition

This Native Fixed Blade Knife configuration has a 6.88" blade made from D2 tool steel. Its black stonewash finish is paired with black canvas micarta handle construction. Overall length is 11.88" (30.18cm).

Construction and carry

A black leather belt sheath is included. The handle also has a lanyard opening. Clean and dry the blade after use, and keep a light protective coating on the steel during storage.
