TOPS has been working with outside designers almost as long as we’ve been in business. This helps us keep a fresh take on designs and bring in knives that appeal to just about anyone out there. The Armado 6.5 is from Navarrete Knives (Josh Navarrete). He is a custom knife maker from Oregon who is a “Forged in Fire” champion and has a good eye for function and aesthetics. This knife is the grandchild of a design that Josh developed over several years.

This Knife Blade: Drop point blade with a Sniper Gray finish made from 1095 steel. Handle: Tan micarta handle that's light, strong, and attractive. Carry: Kydex sheath to house the blade. Armado 6.5 The TOPS Knives Armado 6.5, designed in collaboration with Josh Navarrete of Navarrete Knives, embodies the essence of simplicity paired with efficiency for the avid camper and hiker. This fixed blade knife boasts a generously sized blade enhanced by a high grind for superior edge geometry, making it a versatile tool for a variety of tasks from campsite prep to hunting.
