The Trailhead Kukri, designed by Jason Swain, is a modern take on a design that has been around for 400 years or more. Jason originally set out to design an EDC that he didn’t see anywhere else. He thought about his days as a biker and his current experience with knives. He has always been a fan of karambit style knives, but also a fan of kukris. At first glance, those two don’t necessarily mix.

This Knife Blade: Kukri blade with a sniper gray finish made from 1095 steel. Handle: Black canvas micarta handle that feels great in the hand. Carry: Tough Kydex sheath with firm retention. Made from differentially heat-treated 1095 steel with a sniper gray Cerakote finish, it's built for rugged outdoor use while remaining compact enough for EDC carry.
