BRK × ESEE Avispa D2 Carbon Fiber Black Blade [BRK1302CFB]

Avispa means wasp in Spanish. Developed through Randall’s Adventure & Training’s collaboration with Blue Ridge Knives, it pairs a full-size working blade with a slim frame-lock layout. One side of the handle supplies the grip surface; the steel reverse forms the blade’s locking bar.

This carbon-fiber edition uses D2 tool steel beneath a black EDP blade coating. The front scale combines carbon fiber over G10, while the reverse is the black-finished stainless frame and lock. It is the black-bladed configuration, distinct from the stonewashed BRK1302CF.

D2 is a tool steel rather than a fully stainless alloy. Wipe the blade dry after use and keep a light protective film on exposed steel, including the edge.

This is a BRK-manufactured collaboration design. ESEE identifies Blue Ridge Knives as the manufacturer and warranty provider for the Avispa and Zancudo folders.
