BRK × ESEE Zancudo D2 Carbon Fiber Stonewash [BRKR2CF]

Zancudo means mosquito in Spanish. This compact frame-lock folder is part of Randall’s Adventure & Training’s collaboration with Blue Ridge Knives, bringing the ESEE design team’s practical approach to a small pocket knife. The stainless handle frame does double duty as the locking bar.

This smaller D2 configuration combines a carbon-fiber-over-G10 front scale with a stonewashed blade and stainless frame. The front and reverse views show the different handle materials clearly. A thumb stud provides manual opening, and the frame itself forms the locking bar.

D2 is a tool steel rather than a fully stainless alloy. Wipe the blade dry after use and keep a light protective film on exposed steel, including the edge.

This is a BRK-manufactured collaboration design. ESEE identifies Blue Ridge Knives as the manufacturer and warranty provider for the Avispa and Zancudo folders.
