The AK-47 Field Knife transfers the design of Cold Steel's AK-47 folders to a fixed-blade format. It uses a 5.5-inch CPM 3V blade with a clip-point profile and stonewashed finish. The steel is selected for toughness, and the fixed construction removes the folding pivot from this field-oriented design.

Green G-10 scales cover a full-width steel tang. The handle and tang form a substantial platform, with the knife measuring approximately 10.375 inches overall and weighing eleven ounces. A Secure-Ex sheath is included. This is the green-handled CPM 3V configuration, distinct from the folding AK-47 models and from versions made with other steels.
