The Drop Forged Survivalist combines a 8-inch clip-point blade with 52100 high-carbon steel construction. Its black Teflon coating gives the blade a subdued finish, and the plain cutting edge follows a continuous curve toward the tip. Black G-10 scales are attached to the forged handle, adding a distinct gripping surface to the continuous steel body.
A lanyard opening at the rear provides an attachment point, and a Secure-Ex sheath is included for carrying and storage. The knife measures 13 inches overall. The longer blade and G-10 scales distinguish the Survivalist from the smaller, bare-steel-handled Hunter.
