This SRK Compact combines a five-inch SK-5 carbon-steel blade with a black finish and a OD green Kray-Ex handle. The clip-point profile has a curved cutting belly, providing a useful slicing section behind the point. The shorter blade and handle distinguish the Compact from the full-sized six-inch SRK.

The deeply textured handle has a guard between the fingers and cutting edge, with a lanyard opening at the rear. A black Secure-Ex belt sheath is included for carrying and storage. At 9.5 inches overall, this version retains the SRK outline in a smaller package.
