The 1917 Frontier Bowie pairs a 12.25-inch 1085 carbon steel clip-point blade with a full-tang wooden handle. Its dark blade finish and large S-shaped steel guard give it the substantial outline associated with the Frontier Bowie.
Brown wooden scales are paired with steel fittings at the guard and pommel. A black leather belt sheath with blued steel fittings is included. At 17.625 inches overall, this historical Bowie pattern is considerably larger than a conventional field knife.
