The FGX Karambit belongs to Cold Steel's Nightshade series and uses a curved Grivory blade rather than steel. Its black reinforced-polymer body retains a hawkbill-style outline, with a finger-ring pommel at the end of the handle.
A deeply textured molded grip surrounds the tang and includes finger grooves. The blade section measures four inches. A stainless steel keyring is also provided. This is the FGX polymer Karambit, distinct from Cold Steel's steel-bladed Steel Tiger and its rubber training replicas.
