The FGX Push Blade I uses a transverse push-knife grip in the lightweight composite construction of Cold Steel’s Nightshade series. The blade and tang are formed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, with a textured grip area that follows the distinctive push-blade layout.
The Kray-Ex grip supplies a checkered holding surface, while the nonsteel construction resists moisture without steel-blade rust care. This version weighs 1.6 oz. It is a pointed composite blade rather than a blunt practice trainer.
