The Harvester uses a modern sheepsfoot-style profile to combine a useful slicing edge with controlled tip placement. Dawson positions it between an everyday utility knife and a hunting companion.
Blade and Materials
The 3.13" blade is made from 80CrV2 carbon steel. The blade has a Rainstorm finish. Dry the blade after use and maintain a light protective coating when storing the knife.
Grip and Carry
The grip uses Black and blue sculpted G10. The full tang extends beyond the grip. Black Kydex belt sheath. A lanyard opening allows an additional cord attachment.
