The full-size MSI RAM-LOK combines a sheepsfoot blade with a manual opening feature and the RAM-LOK locking system. This Tri-Grip version uses a polymer handle with a textured grip layout, keeping it distinct from the aluminium and titanium MSI executions. A pocket clip and lanyard hole provide the carry and attachment options.

The blade material is Bohler M390MK stainless. The blade has a Apocalyptic finish. The handle configuration is OD green Tri-Grip polymer. The edge is Serrated.
