This Microtech Paring Knife uses a compact 3.5-inch blade for smaller food-preparation work. Black Cherry textured G10 scales and titanium bolsters carry the same material combination as the larger knives in the series, while the shorter blade and handle proportions distinguish it as a separate kitchen tool.

The blade material is Bohler M390MK stainless. The blade has a stonewash finish. The handle configuration is Black Cherry textured G10.

The blade continues through the handle as a full tang. A felted sheath is included for storing the knife.
