The TOPS Power Eagle [PE-12] is a TOPS fixed blade made for hard use: honest steels, secure grip, and sheath carry suited to field and duty work.

TOPS designer Leo Espinoza took that tool and preface, combined with a kukuri and bolo, and put it on steroids with a highly flexible impact resistant steel.
